GPStar Vehicle Specific Navigation Systems
The GPStar Navigation Systems offer all the benefits of very expensive OEM solutions, being designed specifically for your vehicle, but at a fraction of the price. There are no unsightly cables or wires and each system is designed to not obstruct the visibily of the driver and are anti-theft and Crash protected.
The unit boasts a Large widescreen touch screen display (480 x 272 pixels) with integrated loud speaker with the latest Navigon MobileNavigator6 software driven by a powerful 400MHz processor running the WinCe 5.0 Operating system.
Inclusive is the Traffic Message Channel (TMC), a digital radio data service, which transmits information on obstructions and traffic jams. Since the signal is constantly transmitted, the driver depends less on the half hourly radio traffic messages. Modern navigation systems use TMC for the automatic by-pass of obstructions (dynamic goal guidance).
After use the unit closes shut fitting almost invisibly into the dashboard.
